Standard Boards (813mm x 610mm): Prices start at £20.00 for a single board, dropping to as low as £7.50 per unit for orders of 100+.
Custom Shaped Boards: Bespoke shapes start at £35.00, reducing to £16.75 for bulk quantities.
Intermediate Quantities: For a typical branch order of 25-50 boards, you can expect to pay between £9.50 and £12.00 per board.
According to the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007, estate agent boards must be removed within 14 days of the sale or tenancy being granted. Boards left up indefinitely are illegal and carry a fine from the local council.
The industry standard size for residential boards is 813mm x 610mm (approx 32″ x 24″). This size is specifically chosen to comply with the regulation limit of 0.5 square metres for residential advertisements. Commercial boards are permitted to be larger, up to 2.0 square metres.

Flag Boards: A single heavyweight sheet (often 6mm) printed on both sides that mounts to the side of a post or wall. These are ideal for terraced houses or flats where space is limited.
